This Saturday, 12th July, we’re waiting for you at the winery to enjoy an unforgettable evening from 7:00 PM, just as the sun begins to set behind the hills of Priorat. It’s the perfect moment to let yourself be carried away by live music and discover our original wine cocktails – fresh, surprising, and made for summer.
The KM 11.5 FEST · Summer at Buil & Giné offers a full Saturday experience from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, packed with wine, music and stunning landscapes.
We start the day with a walk through the vineyards, followed by a fresh and tasty brunch. Throughout the day, you’ll be able to taste our wines, enjoy live DJ sets, share local cheese and charcuterie boards, and as the afternoon fades, discover our exclusive wine cocktails and other gourmet offerings.
But the magic really begins at sunset, from 7:00 PM, when the terrace is bathed in golden light, filled with good vibes and a musical selection that will make you move.
The soundtrack will be provided by Tu Manu DJ, a passionate music collector and expert vinyl selector. With refined taste and deep knowledge, he builds his sets as sonic journeys full of rhythm, personality and authenticity. His session, rich in groove and emotion, will turn the winery terrace into a space of connection and energy.
At the same time, our wine cocktail service begins: an innovative concept that blends signature mixology with the aromatic richness of our wines. Crafted with fresh fruit, aromatic herbs and natural spices, these cocktails are elegant, refreshing and ideal for summer evenings.
Breaking away from tradition, wine cocktails offer a new way to enjoy wine, attracting a curious, young and open-minded audience.
Since its launch in June 2023, KM 11.5 FEST has become a must-visit summer event in Priorat, combining wine, music and nature in a truly special setting.
The name of the series refers to kilometre 11.5 on the road from Gratallops to La Vilella Baixa, the location of Buil & Giné winery and a meeting point for those seeking authentic and memorable experiences.
