Wine, Gastronomy, and Priorat
On 6 and 7 December, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Buil & Giné Winery will once again fill with music, wine, gastronomy and festive spirit among the vineyards, with a new edition of the Km 11.5 Fest.
Music will take centre stage from the very beginning. Traditional Christmas carols will fill the winery with the most authentic holiday spirit, awakening memories and evoking childhood, home and tradition. A guest jazz duo will bring warm, elegant interpretations of Christmas classics, enveloping the space in soft, refined melodies—almost like a musical embrace.
Throughout the day, we will offer cheese and charcuterie boards featuring local producers, as well as our well-known burgers and additional gastronomic proposals. All of it can be paired with the winery’s most emblematic wines.
As in every edition of the FEST, guests will enjoy a curated tasting of our most special wines, designed to reveal nuances, vintages and emotions. A carefully chosen selection of labels born from our most distinctive vineyard parcels, representing the essence of our history and our land.
To celebrate the season, we will offer exclusive prices available only during the event. It will be the perfect opportunity to toast to what we have lived, to what is yet to come, and to the beauty of sharing wine in community.

Saturday, 6 December: Carols — Memory That Sings
Carols are the sound of home. Songs that return every winter like old friends: bringing with them the smell of the oven warming, cold hands wrapped around a hot cup, and the long table that gathers people who haven’t seen each other in months.
Each carol has the ability to open a memory, as if someone were drawing back an inner curtain. Voices rise, and suddenly childhood returns—hugs, laughter and tiny lights glowing in the window.
These melodies never go out of style because they do not seek to impress; they seek to connect. To bring people together, accompany them, and invite even those who claim they cannot sing to join in.
Sunday, 7 December: Jazz at Christmas — Elegance That Embraces
And then comes jazz. That warm, gentle language that caresses Christmas classics and transforms them into new, intimate and sophisticated pieces.
Jazz has a special way of inhabiting December:

About the KM 11.5 Fest
Since its launch in June 2023, the KM 11.5 Fest has become an essential event in Priorat, where wine, music, and nature come together in a privileged setting.
The name of the festival refers to kilometer 11.5 of the road from Gratallops to La Vilella Baixa, home to Buil & Giné Winery, and the meeting point for authentic and memorable experiences.
