Wine, Gastronomy, and Priorat
On Saturday, November 8, Buil & Giné Winery will once again fill with music, wine, and fine gastronomy for a new edition of the Km 11.5 Fest – Autumn.
From 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., visitors will enjoy an unforgettable experience in a privileged setting, surrounded by the vineyards of the Priorat, which at this time of year are dressed in golden and purple tones.
Throughout the day, guests will be able to enjoy platters of local cheeses and cured meats, along with our already famous burgers and other culinary offerings, all paired with the winery’s most emblematic wines.
A carefully curated selection of labels born from our most distinctive vineyard parcels, representing the essence of our history and the spirit of this land.
The Km 11.5 Fest is a unique opportunity to celebrate the greatness of the Priorat at its finest: among vines, music, and friendship.
1:00 p.m. – BAD DECISIONS BAND: An invitation to be carried away by rhythm, lyrics, and the free spirit that defines the band.
Bad Decisions is a band steeped in Americana flavor, where every song breathes roots, the open road, and soul. Their sound blends the best of blues, the warmth of folk, and the melodic appeal of pop — creating a musical universe as authentic as it is infectious.
Their music is marked by a disarming honesty, a raw energy born from lived experiences and shared moments. It’s the echo of small bars, dim lights, and nights when a song changes everything.

11:30 a.m. – Comparative Vertical Tasting: GINÉ GINÉ 2021 and GINÉ GINÉ 2008
As part of the festival, Buil & Giné offers a special experience for wine lovers:
“Comparative Vertical Tasting: GINÉ GINÉ 2021 and GINÉ GINÉ 2008.”
GINÉ GINÉ embodies the purest and most youthful expression of the Priorat, where Grenache and Carignan engage in a dialogue with the llicorella (slate) soil, achieving a balance between intensity and freshness.
This vertical tasting reveals the consistency of GINÉ GINÉ over time. Both vintages share varietal honesty and the unmistakable identity of the Priorat, yet each expresses a different moment in the wine’s life cycle:
- GINÉ GINÉ 2021 – Youth and Precision
- GINÉ GINÉ 2008 – Maturity and Depth
Together, the tasting demonstrates that GINÉ GINÉ, even without barrel aging, shows remarkable aging potential thanks to the natural structure of its varieties, the strength of the slate soil, and its unwavering fidelity to origin.
The 2021 looks to the future with tension and purity; the 2008, in contrast, speaks from maturity, revealing the nobility of time and the memory of the terroir.

About the KM 11.5 Fest
Since its launch in June 2023, the KM 11.5 Fest has become an essential event in Priorat, where wine, music, and nature come together in a privileged setting.
The name of the festival refers to kilometer 11.5 of the road from Gratallops to La Vilella Baixa, home to Buil & Giné Winery, and the meeting point for authentic and memorable experiences.
