Summer has officially arrived at Buil & Giné, bringing back one of the season’s most anticipated events: KM 11.5 Fest, the festival series that brings together wine, music and gastronomy in the heart of Priorat.
On Saturday, July 4th, our winery will once again become the meeting point for those looking to enjoy the simple pleasures that make summer unforgettable: a glass of wine at sunset, live music, local gastronomy and privileged views over the stunning Priorat landscape.
From 7:00 PM onwards, as the golden evening light begins to bathe the vineyards, KM 11.5 Fest will offer a unique open-air experience with free admission, inviting guests to slow down and enjoy an unforgettable summer evening among the vines.
LIVE PERFORMANCE BY CARAM
The soundtrack of this edition will be provided by CARAM, a talented group of young musicians known for their energy, freshness and strong stage presence. Their repertoire features revitalized versions of iconic pop and rock classics, creating a dynamic performance that connects generations and transforms the evening into a true celebration.
WINE & TAPAS EXPERIENCE
For those wishing to explore the world of Buil & Giné in greater depth, we have prepared an exclusive Wine & Tapas Experience for €25 per person.
This experience includes a guided tasting of three of our freshest and most representative wines for the summer season, paired with a carefully selected assortment of cheeses and cured meats chosen to enhance their nuances and showcase each wine’s gastronomic versatility.
• Giné Blanc 2025
A distinctive and elegant white wine that combines varietal tradition with a contemporary vision. Bright, precise and full of character, it offers a fresh and modern interpretation of Priorat.
• Giné Rosat 2025
A gastronomic rosé that expresses the tension, freshness and identity of our terroir. Fruit-driven, balanced and vibrant, it perfectly reflects the character of this exceptional vintage.
• Giné Giné 2021
An honest and well-balanced wine with remarkable fruit expression and profound minerality. It authentically reflects the essence of Priorat while offering excellent ageing potential.
GASTRONOMY AND WINE BY THE GLASS
Throughout the evening, guests will be able to enjoy our wines by the glass, accompanied by boards of local cheeses and cured meats, perfect for sharing and savoring outdoors while music and landscape come together to complete the experience.
ABOUT KM 11.5 FEST
Since its launch in 2023, KM 11.5 Fest has established itself as one of Priorat’s most distinctive wine tourism experiences. A festival series that celebrates the connection between wine, culture and territory, offering authentic experiences in an exceptional setting.
The name refers to kilometer 11.5 of the road connecting Gratallops and La Vilella Baixa, where Buil & Giné is located. A place where landscape, vineyards and people come together to share the most genuine essence of Priorat.
Because there are many ways to visit Priorat, but few as authentic as experiencing it among vineyards, wine and great music.
