Generic characteristics

As singular as it is unexpected, the 2013 harvest was very good. Mas Giné bottles the singularity of a unique plot. Mainly from Grenache and Carignan, this varieties perfectly combine in a full Priorat expression. Red and black fruits, hints of plum, thyme, spices and much more to discover by the glass.

Slate soil (llicorella).

Pairings

Any of the most representative dishes of the Priorat cuisine can match it. From stews based on desalted cod to veal, they want to be accompanied by Mas Giné.
