Guided tour and tasting session
The tour consists on a route outside the property, the magnificent viewpoint and the winery’s facilities. We will discover you the winemaking techniques, the advantages of the new technologies and the advanced skills we use to produce our wines.
The tasting will be organized at the shop of the winery and it will be guided by a professional of our cellar in order to provide guidelines to assess and understand better each wine. It will be included three of our wines, representative from their origin, and with the soul of the soil they grow in.
And you can include a walk through our vineyards (price €18/person, approximate duration 2 hours).
Wine & tapas visit
We begin with a guided tour around our facilities and the exterior of the winery. Enjoy a tasting session of authentic Priorat wines. Relax surrounded by vineyards and with the backdrop of the impressive Montsant mountain range in the heart of our district.
All of this, will be accompanied by a selection of artisanal tapas, made with traditional and local products:
Visit, tasting session of three wines and lunch
This package includes the visit and the tasting session described above, and lunch in our “Amics” restaurant located in the winery itself, which offers traditional cooking with a modern touch.
Drinks, coffee and wine of the lunch not included.
This visit is especially designed for wine lovers! You will enjoy a unique experience: discovering the true story of Priorat, of our vineyards, our people, the hundreds of year’s old special soil called llicorella and its evolution through all this time. You will be the witnesses of how some of the best wines in the world are created, and also of the most hidden secrets of our bottles.
During the tour through the cellar and vineyards, one of the owners or the oenologist will share their trajectory, about knowledges about the wine and Priorat, and the philosophy which has inspired this project full of expectations, excitement and dedication, called nowadays Buil & Giné.
