Wine Cocktails: a new way to enjoy wine
Breaking away from tradition, wine cocktails offer an innovative and playful way to savour wine: a fusion of craft mixology and the aromatic richness of our varietals. Made with fresh fruit, aromatic herbs and natural spices, they are elegant, refreshing, and perfect for warm summer afternoons.
To pair with the duo’s musical range, we’ve created three signature cocktails:
- Rosat Fizz: refreshing, floral and fruity
- Fresh Blanc: fruity, silky and citrusy
- Tinto&Tonic: a fresh red wine twist on the classic gin and tonic

About KM 11.5 FEST
Since its debut in June 2023, KM 11.5 FEST has become a must-attend event in the Priorat, bringing together wine, music and nature in a truly unique setting.
The name refers to kilometre 11.5 on the road from Gratallops to La Vilella Baixa, the location of Buil & Giné winery, a meeting point for authentic and memorable experiences.
