GRANATXA
Generic characteristics
Its main characteristic is elegance.
Of a soft garnet color with reddish reflections. Sweet entry in the mouth. It evolves in notes of ripe red fruits and ends with soft velvety notes. It is a harmonious set of fruit and pastries.
Type of soil
Slate soil (llicorella).
Pairings
Hunting in the Priorat is an important and traditional activity. This wine goes perfectly with a good game meat rice.

This is a tribute to the elegance, to the style, to the fineness, to the freshness and to the delicacy of Garnatxa.
Like happens with Samsó, its natural destiny is to be combined. Samsó and Garnatxa are an unvelibable blend, but we found an exquisite exception.
In our way, we discovered two properties that represent the highest expression of fineness and elegance. Two properties north west oriented in the village of Bellmunt del Priorat.
There, the Llicorella (slate) soil shows, like never before, its presence, but always very well balanced and combined with the character of those grapes.
